Build and Kill Zombies lets you add car parts, weapons, and defenses before driving into zombie waves. A useful layout is easier to evaluate when each piece has a job. The goal here is a repeatable design process, not a damage ranking that may be obsolete next update.

Start with three jobs

Mobility gets the vehicle into and through a wave. Build a drivable base and test it before adding more parts.

Coverage determines whether mounted weapons can hit the zombies you encounter. Place a weapon, try a wave, and watch which side or range is underserved.

Protection keeps vulnerable pieces from ending a run early. Put defensive parts where your last test showed exposure. More protection is useful only if the vehicle still performs its other jobs.

A practical build sequence

1. Assemble the smallest car that works with your current inventory.
2. Add one weapon and test its placement in a real wave.
3. Add or reposition protection around the part that failed first.
4. Change one component at a time and record whether the next run improved.
5. Save a second version before replacing a design you already know works.

Use the car planner to list each component, its role, and a note from your latest run. It stores plans in your browser; it does not read your Roblox inventory or calculate damage.

Comparing parts fairly

When the shop presents a new item, compare it against the purpose of a current part. A weapon upgrade may help if coverage is already good but kills are slow. A defensive purchase may help if runs end before weapons can work. A movement-related change may be more valuable if your car cannot reach the next wave reliably.

Avoid treating a screenshot of someone else’s late-game vehicle as a complete recipe. Its inventory, upgrade level, and game version may differ from yours. Use the beginner guide to establish a baseline first, then review the upgrade guide before spending cash.
